Technical and Managerial Organization of the Firm

GPAC SA is composed of a General Management, an Administrative and Financial Management, a Business Monitoring Service and a Management of Studies, Training and Audit Missions. General management has a secretariat and a reception and hygiene service. The secretariat handles routine matters. The reception and hygiene service, as the name suggests, manages incoming mail, directs clients to competent services that can effectively address their different concerns, and coordinates work related to hygiene. As for the Administrative and Financial Management, it is divided into two (02): a Financial and Accounting Management, and then a Current Affairs Service. Regarding the Business Monitoring Service, it is made up of a transit consignment and port logistics division and the internal tax division. Finally, the Management of Studies, Training and Audit Missions, for its part, has a studies and training division that ensures various studies and training. To this division is added the audit missions division.
